Nintendo Switch: Mario Kart Racing Wheel Announced

Gaming News

Played on the controller or directly on the Switch, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has fun gameplay. But some may want to push things even further. For those people, their prayers may have been answered.

Nintendo has announced in Japan the upcoming release of two steering wheels for Mario Kart. Each of these two wheels, in addition to being obviously compatible with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, is intended for a different category of players.

The first, called Mario Kart 8 Racing Wheel for Nintendo Switch, is red and is intended for children. With a diameter of 22 cm, this steering wheel is equipped with a button to manage the objects during the game. This steering wheel also allows assigning its buttons to this or that in-game button to allow greater comfort of play to the user. This is scheduled for November 30.

The second wheel, the Mario Kart 8 Racing Wheel for the Nintendo Switch DX Edition, is for adult players with a diameter of 28 cm. In addition to having the same functionality as the first steering wheel, this second product can also adjust its angle of use (180 or 270 °). To ensure better stability during the game, this steering wheel is also equipped with pliers and suction cups that allow them to be fixed on a table. Also scheduled for November 30, this steering wheel will be offered at a price of $199.
